The Binding (Theme from the Audiobook)

I read The Binding after picking up Mic’s proof copy as she was designing the cover for it. I loved it; the writing, the subtle magic of the book binders, and the way the story gradually unfolds and takes turns you don’t expect. I had this idea of the melody from early on in the book, and wanted to bring the idea of remembering something that’s been forgotten into that theme. I was so happy when the team at HarperCollins asked if they could use the track as part of the audiobook, and Bridget is one of the most encouraging authors who exists on the planet, so it’s been an absolute honour to work with them on this!
